About Us

Hi, I’m Charlie, father to Phil and Chris, and husband to Anne.

Phil is 8 years old and has end stage kidney failure. He is waiting for a transplant. He is scheduled to be getting one of mine in February 2013 the week of his 9th birthday. He currently spends most of his life at Great Ormond St Hospital on dialysis plus fighting assorted complications.

Chris is Phil’s identical twin brother. He tries to entertain his brother while making sense of it all and worrying if it will happen to him.

Anne, my wife, is Phil’s full-time carer and is the one trying to get us all through this.

This is our story. Live.
